Almost New and full of questions

Hello,

I am currently trying to muddle through which CRM would work best for me. I'm looking at SugarCRM, ......, and SageCRM. My biggest question revolves around ease of customization. My company deals with sales leads in a different way than what I see as the typical lead progression in all of the CRM's. So I would need to alter in some way that aspect as well as say customize the resulting quote produced. Any words of wisdom and additional comments would be welcome. Thank you very much.

Hi there,

Packt Publishing just came out with a great book on customizing Sugar. You can check it out here. We (at Sugar) don't have any affiliation with this company, except that several engineers and other employees helped review the book. I've seen about half of it and it looks terrific! I'm hearing from forum members that it's very helpful. You might consider checking this book out to get a sense for what customizations are like in the Sugar environment.
