I hope someone can help!
Our sales team only uses the SugarCRM mail module. Users being sent an email with included URL to a database page on the network (but outside SugarCRM) are not able to click the link as it is 'broken'. The page in question is in our DMS, knowledgeTree.
Everything works as normal till the page loads, at which point we get a 'not found' error
Reading the same email in Thunderbird on an imap server and the URL link is perfect and works.
SugarCRM seems to be editing the URL for some reason. Other URLs work fine.
URL viewed in SugarCRM
http://192.168.0.1/knowledgeTree/c.p...umentID%3D1094
URL viewed in Thunderbird
http://192.168.0.1/knowledgeTree/con...umentID%3D1094
Regardless of where or what the URL is emailed from, it is still edited to be broken by SugarCRM.
Any thoughts on how I can correct this non essential would be much appreciated.
SugarCRM 451d running on Debian 3.1 with accompanying mysql version. Apache 2 and php4.
Regards
Burgess
