Anonymous case submit - possible?

This is a quick one... Can cases be submitted by anonymous users? Or via an external form, or email?

Sure, what you'd do is create a contact in Sugar to be your anonymous contact and then submit everything as that person.

Or use the email function. Set up a mailbox, assign a group folder and the create case function and probably an auto answer. Now all emails going to this address are picked up (if the scheduler has been set up properly) and create a case. It's not anonymous though because there is of course an email and a sender...

Hi, Thank you for your helpful replies... by saying anonymous I meant without logging in to Sugar. So this is exactly what I needed to know.
