Default Another bug in 4.5.0 e: Scheduler for "Check Inbound Mailboxes"

After using the Upgrade Wizard, the scheduler log could not even show new jobs executed. It is either new jobs were not executed or not logged.

Repair Index showed the message "Index definitions are in sync." However, this did not help.

After executed "Rebuild Schedulers", all new jobs were beginning to be shown in the job log. However, all dates were of "2000-01-01 13:00" !

Executing "Repair Database" did not remove the problem.

    Please help ?!

    (2 hours later)
I found that only if I use the date format "yyyy-mm-dd" that the correct date is shown in the job log.

Could anyone show me how I could use back my previous format, which was dd-mm-dddd without compromising the job log ?

Upon closer inspection, I found that the date is 13 hours ahead of my local time (GMT+8). It is now 26 Oct, but it shows 2006-11-27 10:XX ! I don't know if there is anywhere in the world that is GMT+21 !

Any help will be very much appreciated.

    There are more bugs discovered.

After the upgrade to 4.5.0e, my "Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails" is now running in perpetual "In Progress" status instead of going to "Completed"!

Any help in this bug and/or the ones I've listed in the first post of this thread, would be very much appreciated.

Hate to revive an old thread but I'm experiencing these symptoms with my Sugar OS install Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049). It is running on a 7.04 Ubuntu box with the current/standard apt-get versions of Apache2/php 5.1.6/mysql 5. Everything seems to be built correctly and I've searched the forums extensively for a solution but so far none of them work.

I have the cron firing correctly and outgoing email works normally (but not from the campaigns). Imap import also works for the users. I checked both apache and sugar logs and the cron is running but I get the incorrect dates in the sugarcrm.log for the cron job (in my case it's always 12-31-1969 06:00pm). I also have a problem with the persistant "in progress" status for the "Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails".

Any ideas, or is this ever going to be fixed?

Hmm, on further testing and trying (for the 10th time) I think I've made some progress. Not that I like the solutions, but here's what I did:

    1) Change the date format for both my logged in account AND the CRM default location settings back to YYYY-MM-DD and HH:MM (military) settings.

    2) Delete my existing system mailboxes and recreate them as POP3 (I was originally trying to use IMAP). The first time I tried this I just changed the existing box from IMAP to POP3, but my log started showing a "IMAP libraries not available" message (though IMAP works fine for the user mailboxes :-( ). Deleting and recreating as pop3 immediately fixed it.

I fixed the date issue with item #1, and then was able to send the campaign manually from the system mailbox queue, but before fixing item #2 both of my nightly cron jobs kept getting stuck (but the check inbound one seemed to be fine).

I'll do more testing tomorrow, but wanted to get my thoughts online before I head home for the night :-)
