another module Drop down field in search

Is there any way to put drop down field of call module like status in lead module advance search.

thanks for replying my post.
but my query is little bit tricky approach rather than overriding controller and list view action.
I want to use to add call modules fields either from vardefs or searchfields.php under metadata folder.
I had added another module text fields using subquery in searchfields.php.
my approach is using such type of tricky approach.
