Any examples for Process Manager or AlineaSol WorkFlowManager ?

I'm looking for an WorkFlow examples for Process Manager or AlineaSol WorkFlowManager.

Does anyone know where i can get them ? I want to create some simple process, but i need to see any examples first.

Please help me.

After you install Process Manager, you will get five sample process templates to review.
