Anyone seen this error? (Files vs DB)

Error:
Sugar CRM 6.3.0 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 6.3.0 Database.

That's the error I'm getting when restoring a backup from my production server to my backup server. Funny thing is, I use the EXACT same process to deploy those EXACT backups on my dev machine and I've never had a problem.

Any ideas?

It was a mismatch issue within the 'versions' table in the database.
