Apache keeps restarting since upgrading to 4.5.1

Since upgrading to SugarCRM OS 4.5.1 in early January, Apache restarts every few minutes, but only when accessing Sugar. Here's the error message I'm getting in the log:

[notice] Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting.
[notice] Apache/2.0.54 (Win32) PHP/5.0.4 mod_ssl/2.0.54 OpenSSL/0.9.7c configured -- resuming normal operations

I'm using SugarCRM OS 4.5.1a on Windows 2000. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
I am not part of the support team but here is how I got it working.

In your PHP.ini file turn off the ZEND compatibility. The line should look something like this.

zend.ze1_compatibility_mode = Off
