Append one Sugar DB to another

Can any one point me in the right direction? I have a couple of Sugar installation on different machines. I want to append one database to the other so I can keep all that relationships between the existing records. What is the best way do do this. I am a relatively new Sugar user. And have limited SQL experience.

A real nice job :-)

I would check first all id-values from all beans in one database.
If there are any duplicates you must clean them.
Then I would try to add the table records from the smaller to the biggest database (always on a copy of the real production systems)
The order should be:
users
leads
accounts
contacts
opportunities
and the rest
