Applying custom patch on windows (patch -p0 <file.patch)

Hello, I am using a custom module that just release a patch to be apllied, the problem is that the isntructions are to run this : "You should be able to apply them with patch -p0 <file.patch in SugarCRM 5.2.0f." But I think that is for linux, is there a way to run it on windows?
