My office make extensive use of appointment booking features of a CRM.
For example, my assistant books most of my appointments for me. A couple of questions:
1. Is there anyway to change the information that sends out when we hit the "Send Invites" button. It doesn't send what I would consider important information such as who the appointment is with and where it will be held - it just the fact that an appointment has been booked. That is totally useless information. Anyone have any experience with this?
2. I would like to be able to send the email confirmation of appointment to the person I am meeting with - usually a client. It would seem that right now, unless he/she uses sugar CRM, they will receive a completely useless email that causes more confusion than it is helpful. Again, anyone have any best practices to share in order to accomplish this?
3. The calendar completely sucks. Anyone able to work around the native Sugar Calendar. Again, syncing to Outlook isn't a great solution because when you sync, it doesn't seem to sync any meaning full information to Outlook - who is the appointment with and where is it.
We are using Sugar 6 pro hosted with Sugar CRM.
Thanks in advance
Greg
