Wondering if there's a way/method/tool to archive or make inactive accounts and contacts.

We've been using the CE edition for about 3 years, now, so there's quite an accumulation of records. I just upgraded to Pro, and am going through everything to "clean up". We no longer do business with some of these accounts and contacts, so I'd love to somehow "get rid of them" without really losing the records...

Any suggestions?
