first of all, sorry about my english, I will try to explain my question as clear as posible.

I am a new user of Sugar and I have a doubt regarding the mails archive from outlook.

I defined a team with four members and, when someone of the team archive a mail from outlook (using the plug-in), he is the only one who can see the mail in the history registry. I have solved the problem changing the field team in the mail, but to do that we have to open sugarCRM, go to history of the object I associated it with, open the mail and change the team assigned in the mail... so heavy.

I would like that when someone achives a mail from outlook, for example in an oportunity, all the rest of the team could see it when open the oportunity (in history list). Is it possible?
