    Default Archived E-mail Text Formatting

    Hi,

Whenever I archive e-mail from external sources (Thunderbird plug-in, Gmail plug-in, etc.), the formatting is all messed up when I look at the archived messages in Sugar. The raw code appears, making it hard to read and making the mail preview function useless.

I can click the "Plain Text" box to show the e-mail text without all the code visible, but I don't want to have to do this every time I need to read an e-mail.

I've looked through Studio and through various settings to see if there's any way I can change this behavior, but I don't find the answer.

Can someone tell me how to solve this?

    Thanks!

Has anyone found a fix for this? It has been a problem for months now and nobody seems to have a fix for this. Someone from Sugar please help!

I finally found a fix for this today after searching through tons of other sites. It worked well.
