Archived email - Unreadable after moving

Hi,

In the past we have been using the outlander plugin to archive email from outlook to Sugar. We were also using the opportunities module. We now only use the accounts & contacts module. When I move/copy the archived emails from the opportunities module to an account, the email only shows HTML code. Previously, I could click Show plain email, but that doesn't work either. It still shows the HTML code, instead of the normal text.

Any ideas on this?
