    Default Archived emails and Cases

    I have noticed a strange behaviour when I try to relate an archived email with a case: it seems to work correctly in the sense that in the "archived email list view" that email in marked as connected to the case number, but when I go to the case list view and I select the case I do not find any email present in the History subpanel.

    I have tried two more operations:
    1. I have related an archived email with a Task and in this case everything works correctly;
    2. I have related an inbound (NOT archived) email with a Case and this operation too works correctly.

    In few words it seems to be a problem exclusively between "archived emails" and "cases"...

    Any one with a similar problem? Does maybe a solution exist?

    Thank you very much,
    Luca Z.

    Red face Re: Archived emails and Cases

    Should I post this problem to a "bug reporting" forum?
    Could you please suggest me the right place for this kind of post?
    Thank you,
    Luca
