I'm running the CE edition of sugar version 5.2.0f and am trialling the Grinmark and Sugars own outlook plugin on two different machines. When we try and archive an email from a users Outlook 2003 inbox it says it has archived the email under the correct contact but it does not appear. My understanding is that any archived emails should appear under the History section but this is completely empty. It does not appear anywhere.
We do not use the email ability within sugarcrm and have hidden the tab but I don't believe this has to be visible for email archiving from Outlook to work.
Can anyone help please?
