    Default Archiving emails

    We are using sugar pro 5.2 and have 5 active users currently. Out of these five user 2 have admin access while the other 3 have limited access. My question - let's say a user with limited access wants to archive an email from his outlook to one of his contacts in crm. A user with admin access is able to do this but is it possible for the limited access user to archive the email without changing his rights (to admin)?? Any Help

    tried..users with limited access can not archive an email with sugar contacts while admin access can! Help!

    Have you restricted their access to emails in Roles?

    What error message do they get?

    Can they connect to SugarCRM through the plugin?

    Yes they can connect to sugar crm through plugin (test connection is successful) when they archive the email it says "archived" but does not appear on crm under that particular contact. we earlier thought that it might take some time for the crm to get updated but i guess we waited long enough...unable to locate the email that was archived
