Archiving out of Outlook Public Folders

I'm wondering if anybody uses or has any experience with the email archives in Outlook when used with Exchange? We have an archive for customerservice@company.com and it would be great to be able to archive out of that folder so that the whole office knows whether or not an email has been archived.

Bumping this question as I never got an answer to it.

I'm starting to think that more people in this forum use Sugar as their email client than Outlook and I'm at a loss as to how they are able to do that in corporate America. My users would have a fit (though I have yet to be able to install v5).
