Asertiva Thunderbird - no E-Mail archived

Does somebody know the trouble?
I try to archive a E-Mail in thunderbird to a contact but the Mail is not listed in subpanel of the contact.
If I create a new contact from TB, it works fine, but without attaching activities.
I am running Sugar OS 5.2.0i and Mac OSX Leopard 10.5.8

OK ... go through the process ..

When you Archive to SugarCRM ... you can see the email address in the Send to SugarCRM screen in the search SugarCRM dialogue box?

When you search ... does it find the contact?

When you Assign the email does it give you a success message?

Are you refreshing the SugarCRM Contact after you have archived?

yes and cache cleared
