Asian character set in demo data

The database is set to utf8_general_ci. The demo data was installed multi-byte. Maybe that's where I went wrong. All of the user accounts, activities, contacts are showing asian characters for the name, subject, etc.. (see attachment).

How can I fix this?

I think you selected the option to install the multibyte demo data.

The quickest way will be re-installing SugarCRM and select other options.

ruchida - thanks. I thought as much. It's easy enought to reinstall. Just using WAMPserver to demonstrate to colleagues.
