One approach would be to export the data to a CSV file and use the built-in import utility to import the data. The built-in import utility allows you to import from CSV files.

You could also look at apps such as SnapLogic.

SnapLogic would be a very suitable tool for this situation. It has a nice SugarCRM extension and supports various databases so it should be a good fit.

In the interest of full disclosure, I do work for SnapLogic, but I still think you should check it out.
