When creating a new note from certain user i get this error.

It can be due user preferences.
If you can do that, duplicate both system and database and reset the user preferences for the buggy user on the copy of production system.
Try to add a note again.

Well i could not duplicate database but i did resete users preferences and i got nothing.
Any others ideas?

Hi

Your dashlets are working normal? Try click on the pencil icon of a dashlet and check whether it is working normal.

I guess the problem is something related to read/write permission or dropdown values.

Have a look at custom/include/language/en_us.lang.php. Make sure everything is normal there.

Also make sure cache folder is writable
