Asreisk in Sugercrm integrate and automate script

Hi,

I have to do a final project for the retraining, unfortunately I am absolutely on the tube does not come further. It would be great if I bekommne help.

Astrisk & sugarcrm = no experience (I work just one)
PHP experience = appropriate

Task:
Astrisk embed in SugarCRM. write about a PHP script that the on / outgoing phone calls automatically registered (time, duration, date). Use the Caller ID to the database of the customer to open in the call picked up by the time log-file and will indicate. And the duration of the talks.

Problem:
Had until now no contact with such a CRM or software for telecommunication systems. Although I have sugarcrm (5.0g ger) installed, but could not link Astrisk. In general, I have no plan at all like me to start.

Can not you help? Is there perhaps such a script. In my research I have found nothing (think white, not to seek from me).

There is an Asterisk connector in SugarForge.
Take a look at the kinamu/abcona connector.
There's enough files in the connector to get you started if you want to change things, it already logs calls and displays duration afterwards so it will need some modifying if you want to show the duration during the call.
