I have an inactive user in the system that has loads of accounts in his "private" team. How do I re-assign them all to the Global team?
I cant find a way of doing that.

If updating in batches of 20 accounts works for you, then you can login with that user account and use the "Mass Update" feature with the appropriate Team ID.
If you have a big number of accounts and this takes too long, you need to change the "Listview items per page:" parameter in Admin - System Settings to a higher value and then use the procedure described above.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up updating the records directly in MySQL as its very cumbersome to do through the sugar system.
I updated the team_id fields in the accounts and contacts tables to the Global Team ID. I dont think there are any other tables I need to update?
