Assign +Notes

Hello,

How does it work?

I am an owner of a small firm and sometimes I access the CRM to check how everything is going. I write note here and there (under leads, opportunity, etc).

How can I make it when the people who work with me access the CRM they see my notes.

Is there a way that when an employee access the CRM s/he sees all notes opened under his items (leads, opportunity, etc.)

Basically, I wish if I can assign notes to employee or bring it to their attention that a note is opened under their items (leads, opportunity, etc)

Hi oozypal

Unfortunately Notes has no the field "assigned to", and the implementation of this field into Notes is not an upgrade safe one.
You can do either:

• Tasks for this purpose or;
  
• Add the "Assigned to" by hand
