Assign people and email

Hi,

I dont know if this is a bug or just not a feature but...

When i initially assign a job to someone on the creation of a task/bug/project etc a person gets a notification email. but on re assignment to another person when editing later an email is not being sent. Do other people find this? is this a bug or missing feature, does anyone have a fix?

Also do any of the sugar versions send an email when a bug has been edited in the bug module?

Hi, I noticed in the admin settings that you can switch sending mails on assignments on and off. Perhaps that is where to look?
