I'm using SugarCRM open source version 4.5.0h with TeamsOS 3.0 installed. My users want to be able to assign a lead or account to two users, an inside rep and an outside sales rep. I know that one way to do this would be to create two-person teams for every permutation needed. That could get kind of ugly, so I thought I would ask if there's an easier way. Can I assign something to two individuals? I remember reading someone recommending that you create a one-person team for each individual. If I did that, could I assign a lead to two teams using TeamsOS? I'm open to any other suggests.
