Assign user button - {ASSIGNED_USER_NAME_MODULE} not set

This is a 4.5.1e install, and I'm trying to assign a user in Editview. When I click the Select button, I get a JavaScript syntax error on the following:

open_popup("", 600, 400," ", true, false, )

Note the "" and the trailing comma where values should exist. It looks like {ASSIGNED_USER_NAME_MODULE} and {ENCODED_ASSIGNED_USER_NAME_POPUP_REQUEST_DATA}) are not populated when this page is rendered.

Any idea how this could happen?

FYI, I re-bound the control, and it's working again, but I have no idea how it got corrupted in the first place. Anybody know anything about this?

I'm running the 4.5.1f version and experiment the same problem; (obtain the message "syntax error
open_popup("", 600, 400," ", true, false, )" on my BugZilla)
when I try to click on the "choose" button from the "contact" field in the "Calls" module > Edit view of a call.

Could you please give me a link to a ressource from where I'll find how to re-bound that as You did, or tell me directly how You did ?
