    Unhappy Assigned To: in Cases Dropdown

    When we create a case in Cases, and try to type in the person the case should be assigned to it searches, but never matches a person in the list, even though you are typing it correctly - i.e. if I type gre and wait, it should come back with Greg, but it ALWAYS comes to the top of the list Administrator.

    Stranger still, another company that we support is also using Sugar - in their case, some logins work correctly - and some display the same bug that we have - I have searched Google and the Forums for about 2 hours for this and so far it seems we are the lucky few.

    Has anyone else seen this? I am assuming it is something wrong in the pick-logic, but if that were the case, wouldn't it ALWAYS fail?

    I am stumped.
