Ok, so I didn't do any major modifications to the system other than customizing a few fields. When I go to Leads/Accounts and try to search by user ID for example John Smith, I see his full name "Jiohn Smith" in the search. When I click on search, it replies with no matching entries. When you look at the assigned user ID in each lead, it's set up as "jsmith" so I'm thinking this is the reason why this is happening, but don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?
