Assigned User on Notes module

Hello, for example, in the case module, it has the activities and history sub-panel, whenever I complete a Task, Meeting or Call it will auto populate the history subpanel showing whoever did it. BUT if I create a notes on the history sub-panel and save it, it doesnt show whoever make the notes.

Is there a way to add "assign to" or to show the "assign user" of the notes in the history sub-panel?

Not without some code changes. It's an interesting point and one I hadn't noticed before. Maybe you should post this in the Requested Features forum.
