Default "assigned_user_id" is not imported with Sugar+SQL Server

I am using SugarCRM 5.5.4 and when I import Accounts from another software the "assigned_user_id" gets the value of the user who is importing the file, not the value specified in the file.
Is just happens with SQL Server: with MySQL it works fine.
I have tryied Sugar 6.0.1 and there is no bug at all, but I would not like to upgrade by now.
Does anybody know how to fix this bug ?

Are you exporting from SQL Server to a file then importing? Enterprise Manager has troubles exporting as you'd expect it to. I'd suggest downloading Toad for SQL Server then export using that tool.

I am using SQL Server as the DBMS for SugarCRM.
The CSV file is generated by another application using ASP.NET.
The problem is not with the fiole generation or content.
The problem is that SugarCRM, when usign a SQL Server Database does not import "assigned_user_id" from file.
The final "assigned_user_id" value is always the ID of the user who is importing the file.
I have imoprted some records with SugarCRM 5.5.4 using MySQL as DBMS an it works.
I MUST use SQL Server as my DBMS.
    Version 6.01. does also work.
