Assigning leads/user roles

I tried searching the forums about this but I couldn't find anything, so I apologize if this is a redundant question.

Is it possible to create a user that has access to only their leads and cannot see another users leads? So for example, a lead would come in and an Admin would see it, but none of the sales people. Then the Admin would assign it to one the sales people but they would only see that lead any other leads they have but none of the other sales peoples leads or the Admin's leads.

by using the role management section on the admin screen you can create a role with permissions to specific modules where they can only view items assigned to them.

Do you know if this available on the Open Source version or just the Pro version? I saw something about "Teams" in the Pro version that's not in the Open Source/Community version.

Role management is built in for CE. You can't miss it if you go to the admin area in Sugar.
