Hello,
I noticed that assignment notification happens only during the first time a object is created. It doesn't seem to happen for subsequent reassignments.
For e.g : -
X creates Task A and Assigns to Y -> Y gets a notification
Y Reassigns Task A to Z -> Z doesnt get a notification

Is this how its supposed to be or is there a way to correct this?
