    Default assinged to name not appear when assinging cases

    HI All

    I am a newbie and are using sugar community edition 5.5 need to know why i cant sdee the assign to name when i assign a case to someone.

    I can assign it to admin user that's all, it also does appear under the user case view but does not list their name in the assigned field it is blank.

    P Lease help?

    Can you assign it to no one first. Save it. Then does it show blank? Then try to change it to admin, then save it, Does it then show admin?

    hi sugarcane
    it will let me assign it to admin fine but when i assing to any other users and save the field goes blank


    Also as listed above i have saved under admin works fine then saved with blank entry.

    PLease note this is fresh install do i need amnything additional to allow the assign name to work as all that has been done is created a extra user nothing else.
