I am trying to evaluate this product for us in my company.

I would like to know how I can share information like contact list, accounts, opportunities, sales and etc with specific people only. For example I want to share with my boss and boss's boss only and everyone else does not. Also on adhoc basis I would like to share one account or opportunity with a specific colleague only.

Secondly I would like to know also how I can share information with my team members like contact and leads.

You can share the information within Sugar with your boss by creating the roles and then assigning those roles to the respective users with whom you want to share the information. To learn more about managing roles check this: http://sugarcrm.openapp.org/?p=113
