associate "campaign" to a contact

I have over 300+ contacts in my sugar crm and i want to send /create a campaign for a few of them. I know i can do this by using the wizard but my question is "is it possible to create a campaign through contacts; I can see that i have the campaign button under my contacts but it is not activated" screen shot attached - pls help

Create a Target List in Campaigns.

Gogo to Contacts ListView ... select the Contacts you want to add to the Campaign ... look for the button at the top of Contacts that says "Add to target List" ... click and select the target list ... use this target list for your Campaign.
