associate event with contact rather than with account
Hi
My client deals with two types of customers, businesses
and the general public.
Consequently we have imported the data as either accounts
and associated contacts, on the one hand, and simple contacts
on the other.
As we move towards taking advantage of some of the features
the CRM has to offer, we discover that you can't create an
opportunity or a case without first relating it to an account.
Is there a solution to get around this requirement in order to
associate an event with a contact rather than with an account ?
