    Unhappy Asterisk Integration with Sugar 4.5.1e no longer working.

    I have installed the Asterisk Integration Patch patch 4.5.1c but cannot get it to work correctly.

    It worked as soon as I installed it, but following a reboot of the server, none of the expected fields are there any more.

    I do not see any Asterisk Extention in My Account details, and no telephone symbol appears next to contacts to call.

    Any ideas what could be missing?
