Default Attached email displays html code

We are using Enterprise 5.2.0. on a fedora 8 web svr, apache 2.2.9, php 5.2.4-3 and mySql 5.0

Following the upgrade from 5.1.0f any email attached from Outlook is displayed in html code. Users have to tick the "show in plain text" box to be able to read the email.
Emails generated by the create case function however display correctly.

    Example attached (JPG)

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get the html to display correctly

    Hello,

this is an issue caused by libxml2. Click here for more information. The html tags are being removed, which is causing the garbled message to appear. You will need to revert back to an older version of libxml2 for the archived messages to appear correctly (will only apply to new messages once you revert, not to the old ones).
