I have attached a contract in the subpanel of account, and SAVE. I went back into the account, and checked the document, it is not there. I did it three times, and the contract is stil not there. Please help. see attachment PDF screen shot

You may want to look and ensure the webserver has permissions to write to the directory "uploads" under the SugarCRM installation directory.... Typically you can safely give the webserver write permissions to the entire install directory and its contents.
