Users send out emails with attachments of any size but normally in the 700 - 900kb range. They are receiving bounce back messages of delivery failures, and if you look in the webmail portion or the email server itself it shows the message contain the attachments. However when looking in the inbox of the CRM program it shows they have the same amount of message but they are missing in the Inbox view. So the Inbox folder says (30 Messages) but when you click on it, nothing shows. This happens for both IMAP and POP accounts. When tested, we removed the attachment related messages and just kept the smaller emails without attachments and they were able to be received and shown in the inbox with no problems. Is there a problem with large attachments in Sugar CRM? Is there settings to change that will allow the messages to be shown? Thanks in advance.
