Hi folks - Anyone come across this before? Got a resolution?
Using Sugar CE 5.5.4., I can create email templates, and successfully add and send these with attachments (either generated from a Sugar document, or direct from local file). I can create and send an email to someone from within Sugar email client, and the attachments are properly sent, and received by the recipient.
However, if I set up the exact same template to be used as an auto-reply to an inbound group email, the attachments are not sent, and are not visible/editable from the Create/Edit screen when accessed from the group email settings. The mail is being properly checked, the auto-reply works and sends a reply using the template, just doesnt include the attachment.
In our case, the attachment is important as its a (binary) trial licence key that cannot simply be embedded in text/html.
There are no other problems with email configuration, or any aspect of the system that I know of. I've had sugar in debug and can't find anything in the logs.
Help much appreciated. Would prefer to fix this method before I go to other work arounds that have their own pitfalls (like process manager).
Thanks in advance,
Gavin
