I am new to SugarCRM and am trying to learn all the functionalities and use cases that can help my business. I have setup nSugarCRM in a directory protected by AuthMySQL so a user must be in the MySQL db and the right group in order to get to the login page.

How does one utilise the Group User and Portal User in their CRM?
