authorisation conzept

hey,

we are testing at the moment sugar crm as a solution for our purchasing.
but what i need is a authorisation conzept in the system. not only for special or several moduls
but also for the business partners (restricted with parameters like the country or the postcode).

i know thats not the normal logic from crm-systems ... but its definitly a requirement in our company.

has anyone the same demand or maybe a solution for it?
