auto accept Meetings

Sugar can't do this natively .. You'd have to dive into the code ... this wiki entry may help

quick & dirty...

i made a cronjob, that runs every 10 minutes:

UPDATE meetings_users SET accept_status="accept" where user_id="1234567890"

its only for 2 special users
