Hello all,
I have just configured sugarcrm to communicate with exchange 2007 and is now monitoring the sent and inbox. It sees all email and overall works perfectly whenever I send an email from outlook it shows it in the sent box and etc. Anyhow now that I have that working I am wanting to automate the process of linking emails to contacts. And I have no problem writing a script that emails a user that the contact does not exist and in order to link it please create a contact. How would I automate the process of linking? Even just a point in the right direction would be great. Thanks!
