My incoming emails are not being associated wtih existing contacts or leads. I am assuming that if I receive an email from someone whose email address is already listed under leads or contacts, that this should show in the list of new emails (in sugar, not outlook).

I'm using 4.5.0d, but this has been the case in b and c, also.
