Auto Close Quote from opportunity

Hi,

Hi is there a way to automatically close a quote when closing the associated opportunity.

All our opportunities are generated via the quote and therefore associated to each other.

It is just a pain, wasts time and is often forgotten to have to go into the opportunity and close it only then to have to also go into the quote and close that also.

Any help would be appreciated.
